If I sign on for the service, am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. We are so confident that you will like our product that all we require is 30 days notice to cancel the service.

Will the Work & Progress system integrate with my accounting package?
Work & Progress integrates with almost any computer based accounting package. Depending on the software this may be done using import/export routines or through an automated synchronization process.

Can we host the system ourselves, or do we need to host with you?
You are able to host the system yourself as long as you have the appropriate hardware and software. If you like, we can assist you in acquiring the proper equipment necessary to self host the service.

We have some Macintosh systems and some PC's does the system support a two platform environment?
Because the system is web based all that is required is an Internet connection and Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher. It can be run from any system that meets these requirements.

Does the system allow me to customize my invoices or do I need to use a standard design?
You can make the invoices look anyway that you like. We create the template based on your company's design.

How long is the training process?
Usually, one hour for non-management employees and approximately eight hours for management staff. We normally break-up management training into two half day sessions.

Can I give access to clients to view the status of their jobs?
Yes. You can assign access rights to anyone and each user can be given their own limitations as to what feature they can/cannot access.

If we host the application with you, what happens in the event that something happens to your company?
We send database backups to all of our clients on CD every month. In addition, the source code for the program is stored in escrow in case something happens to our company. All of your accounting information is stored locally in your accounting system.
